Ennek értelmében az Alpine pilótáját visszasorolták a hetedik pozícióba, míg Isack Hadjar visszakapta a dobogó legalsó fokát.\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Bár jelenleg az Olasz Nagydíj hétvégéje zajlik, a Forma–1-es paddockot most alighanem leginkább a monacói futam foglalkoztatja. Az FIA Fellebbviteli Bírósága ugyanis az első monzai szabadedzés közben bejelentette, hogy megváltoztatták a sportfelügyelők döntését. Ennek értelmében nem Pierre Gasly, hanem Isack Hadjar a harmadik helyezett.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Mint ismert, a hercegségbeli futamon Lewis Hamiltont, George Russellt, Oscar Piastrit és az Alpine párosát is büntették sebességtúllépés miatt. Ez eltérő módon hatott rájuk: a hétszeres világbajnok és az argentin versenyző eredményét nem befolyásolta, a másik három pilóta viszont veszített rajta. Különösen a Mercedes versenyzője, aki rosszul töltötte le az 5 másodperces büntetést, ezért még egy áthajtással is sújtották.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>https:\u002F\u002Fracingline.hu\u002Fforma-1\u002Fvaratlan-fordulat-gasly-visszakapta-monacoi-3-helyet-hivatalos\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Gaslyt kétszer is szankcionálták ugyanazért, ám a francia pilóta idejéhez csak utólag adták hozzá a 10 másodpercet. Az Alpine azonban megóvta a futam végeredményét, mondván, a bokszutcában megtett távolság valójában rövidebb volt, mint amit az FIA rendszerébe betápláltak, így az időmérés alapján megállapított sebességadatok sem feleltek meg a valóságnak.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Tekintve, hogy a francia versenyző fizikailag nem töltötte le a büntetését, volt esélye megkapni a pályán megszerzett harmadik helyet. A sportfelügyelők pedig úgy döntöttek, hogy mindez „releváns, jelentős és új bizonyíték”, így befogadták azt. A tárgyalás tíz nappal ezelőtt, augusztus 25-én zajlott a felek között, ám az \u003Ca href=\"https:\u002F\u002Fwww.fia.com\u002Fnews\u002Fica-decision-2026-06-07-08-09-hearing-25-08-26-mclaren-and-red-bull-2026-fia-formula-one-world\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ítéletet\u003C\u002Fa> csak most hozták nyilvánosságra.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Az FIA Fellebbviteli Bírósága elfogadhatónak nyilvánította a két csapat által megfogalmazott érveket, így hatályon kívül helyezte a sportfelügyelők június 12-i döntését. Emellett arra utasította az illetékeseket, hogy mind a végeredményt, mind a tabellát helyesbítsék. A döntés értelmében a perköltségek egyik felét az FIA-nak, a másikat az Alpine-nak kell állnia. A harmadik helyet Hadjar kapta meg, aki ugyan a pályán negyedik lett, de a dobogóra már ő állhatott fel. Rajta kívül Piastri, Liam Lawson, valamint Arvid Lindblad profitáltak a döntésből, hiszen a Red Bull versenyzőjéhez hasonlóan ők is előrejöttek egy-egy
