A szakember 13 évet töltött a silverstone-i gárdánál.\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>McCullough korábban a Williamsnél dolgozott és volt előbb Rubens Barrichello, illetve Nico Hülkenberg versenymérnöke is, majd 2013-ban rövid időt töltött a Saubernél, mielőtt 2014-ben csatlakozott jelenlegi csapatához, amelyet akkor még Force Indiának hívtak.
