Bulega ezzel tulajdonképpen hazatér, hiszen 2016-ban Valentino Rossi Moto3-as istállójában kezdte világbajnoki pályafutását.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Bulega tavaly, a sérült Marc Márquez helyetteseként már bemutatkozott a MotoGP-ben, majd a Superbike-világbajnoki kötelezettségei mellett részt vett a Ducati 2027-es, 850 köbcentis MotoGP-motorjánk fejlesztésében. Érkezésével teljessé vált a Ducati királykategóriás pilótáinak névsora (Marc Márquez, Pedro Acosta, Joan Mir, Dani Holgado, Fermín Aldeguer), akik között a 26 esztendős motoros lesz az egyedüli olasz. \u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Bulega az idén a harmadik évét tölti a Superbike-világbajnokság mezőnyében, és azok után, hogy első két évében úgy lett második Toprak Razgatlıoğlu mögött, hogy az utolsó fordulóig volt esélye a végső győzelemre, idén teljes mértékben uralja a sorozatot, hiszen eddig mindössze egyetlen egyszer tudták legyőzni a 27 (!) futamból. Hogy mire lehet képes a MotoGP-ben az majd kiderül, mindenesetre eddig nem villogott a világbajnokságon, hiszen három teljes Moto3-as szezonjában csak két dobogós helyezést ért el, majd három teljes Moto2-es szezonjában még ennyi babér sem termett a számára. \u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Az Aruba.it Ducati gyári Superbike-világbajnoki csapatából távozó versenyzővel gyakorlatilag helyet cserél a VR46-ot
